"Cocky" molds and preps all of the Gangster Choppers bikes and hot rods for paint. Straight out of High School, Cocky is armed with 25 years of custom body working experience. Careful not to rush a job and insiting on the best materials. Many consider his carefulness and perfection to translate into simply being a general SOB.
