Our Policy
Ordering
Customers may place an order by phone, fax, email or by the internet. Payment is accepted in form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover or certified check. Prepayment is required for special order items including frames. Any returned checks will incur a fee. Virginia residents will be subject to sales tax.
International orders must be emailed or placed over the phone due to the number of options available to us for shipping.
Cancellations can only be made before order ships. Once order ships, the return policy is in effect.Dealer payment is accepted in the above form and C.O.D. Company Check after the first order. Any returned checks will incur a fee and Certified Check orders for the next two orders.
Gangster Choppers, Inc. does not stock all products mentioned as most are build to order. All specifications, descriptions, prices of products, colors and terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping
Most domestic shipments within the continental US are typically shipped through UPS or USPS. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International countries are shipped on an order by order basis.
International shipping has many shipping options available to our customers. Gangster Choppers, Inc. reserves the right to select a carrier for our customers if the delivery time is comparable and the cost of shipping is priced lower. We will inform you of the shipping costs the day of shipping. Gangster Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for customs duty, Value Added Tax on importation or any other cost associated with International shipments.
Frames and special orders are shipped as they are manufactured. All part orders ship within three to five weeks of placing the order. All apparel orders ship within two weeks of placing the order unless product is back ordered. Back ordered items ship as they become available.
Returns
Special order items are non-refundable and are non cancelable when the item is already manufactured. All requests for returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date. No item can be returned without our approval and without obtaining a return number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all items except apparel. All shipping costs are customers responsibility. Please package securely and send in a traceable/trackable system. A refund will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Gangster Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for damages during shipping. If a shipment arrives with the carton or package damaged, please have the carrier note the condition on the receipt of the package. If it is discovered that the shipment has been damaged in transit, do not return to us. All claims have to be made directly to the shipper. Failure to comply with these instructions will disqualify any replacement.
Frame Modification
All frame modifications are performed in house on our frame table to insure accuracy. All related components are modified in a jig fixture to maintain accurate dimensions throughout the welding process. All welding is TIG. Frame tubing wall thickness is increased to provide for a stronger frame.
Providing us with a stripped and ready to chop frame is desired and recommended.
Gangster Choppers, Inc. can provide the labor to strip the motorcycle for frame modification and reassemble it for you.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of customer, to and from the Gangster Choppers, Inc. shop location. 50% deposit is required at time of work order creation.
Frame modifications are for show use only. Storage fee is applied to bikes and or parts and or frames left over 15 days of work completion.
Secure Purchases
Our site supports secure on-line purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This technology works best when the site is viewed with a Netscape or Microsoft browser. The information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. When ordering at our site using the secure order form you will notice either a solid key or closed lock on your browser. Always look for these signs before entering your billing information.
Privacy Policy
Any and All information collected as a result of your visiting our site is kept in the strictest confidence.
Any and all credit card information will be destroyed after completion of transaction. You will not be contacted or mailed anything unless requested or needed for verification of an order.
Gangster Choppers, Inc. will disclose your personal information or any of its log file information when required by law, or to comply with a legal process served on Gangster Choppers, Inc., or to protect and defend the rights or property of Gangster Choppers, Inc., or visitors ofGangsterchoppers.com, or to cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities. Gangster Choppers, Inc. also reserves the right to identify persons who may be violating the law, the legal notice, or the rights of third parties.

None of our products are DOT approved. All our parts are for custom applications. Installation of our products may be in violation of FMVSS Standard number 108 and other federal and or state laws. It's the client responsibility to check that the installation of our products doesn't violate any legislation.
Gangster Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for incidental costs & damages, including parts/labor/paint/chrome etc. incurred due to failure of our products, improper installation, incompatibility with other motorcycles components & accessories, unauthorized repairs since the final use of our products and the way they are used are the end user's responsibility.
Motorcycles can be dangerous. Gangster Choppers, Inc. has no control over the usage of any part. We assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any parts in any way to any person. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products.
Except as expressly stated herein, Gangster Choppers, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Gangster Choppers site or in its physical location. Except as expressly stated herein, Gangster Choppers, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Gangster Choppers, Inc. aims to provide products that can be used off-road on show & custom motorcycles. Any litigation arising from a dispute must be filed in the county court of Chesterfield, Virginia.
